How It Works

All items that are available for the silent auction are listed below. You can browse the entire list of sort by item type. 

Click on an item to view the details and starting bid price. 

To place a bid, leave a comment on the posting of the item you wish to bid on. The comment should just include the amount of your bid (i.e. $5). All bids must be in increments of at least $1 (no change allowed such as $1.25 or $1.99). 

NOTE: You must have an account to comment. See the “Register for an Account” section below.

Winning & Payment

The bidder with the highest bid at closing wins the item. 

Each bidder will receive an invoice via email from the auction team with a list of won items, amount due and a link to securely pay. You should receive the email invoice within a week after conclave. If you do not receive an email by September 19th please contact

A shipping charge will be added on to each invoice. The amount of the shipping charge will depend on the number and type of items you win. 

The standard shipping charges table shows the shipping charge based on the number of standard items.

Standard items are ones that are relatively small, flat and lightweight. Patches (regardless of size) are considered standard items. 

Larger, heavier items have an additional shipping charge. This shipping charge is in addition to the standard charges listed. Each of these “Plus Items” will have the shipping fee listed in the item description. 

Example: If you purchase 4 standard items and 1 plus item with a shipping fee of $7.00, your total shipping charges will be $10.00 ($3.00 + $7.00).

NOTE: Items may be shipped in more than one package.
